Relationships are difficult at times and this issue can be compounded by mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, as well as many other idiosyncrasies of relating to our loved ones. I utilize evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy to assist clients with cognitive restructuring and focus on resolving emotional and behavioral problems which enables individuals to lead happier and more fulfilling lives.
